Job Summary
Ensure the successful production of more than 2,000 live sporting events annually. You’ll work with athletic department staff coordinators and students to teach and instill best practices for broadcasting live sports and collaborate with a team of Quality Control operators to make sure the games are up to Big Ten Network broadcast standards and stream to the B1G+ platform.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1+ years of prior experience overseeing live sports productions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of typical broadcast equipment (switcher, replay, graphics, cameras) and ability to troubleshoot issues related to that equipment efficiently and remotely
Capability to manage multiple projects and provide solid decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment
