Job Summary

The Event Coordination Internship is a full-time paid (minimum wage) internship position beginning in July 2018 and ending in December 2018. This individual will assist the Event Coordination Manager with all events.


Essential Functions:

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the department with the upmost professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects with competing priorities, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Responsible for gathering all necessary information from event contact to compile and circulate the event sheets to all departments.
• Responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive event information to event staff and related departments.
• Assisting the Event Coordination Manager in the planning process of special events. This position includes regularly interacting with a variety of departments within the Organization, as well as external business/corporate partners, and will assume additional duties on an as needed basis.
• Provide administrative support to the Event Coordination Manager.
