Job Summary

Candidates for this position must have strong interpersonal communication skills, must be extroverted, organized, as well as a self-starter. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with sponsor communication and activation calls leading up to the tournament
Help manage the corporate display sponsor needs leading up to the tournament
Assist and coordinate on-site sponsor load-in leading up to the tournament
Assist in organization of sponsor contracts and tracking of incoming sales
Fulfill sponsor ticket and credential packets for digital and paper tickets
Interact with sponsors and prospective clients
Assist in the coordination of sponsor shipping, receiving, and merchandise distribution needs
Assist the hospitality department with the execution of sponsor activation duties including venue set-up/clean-up during tournament week
Coordinate with the operations department on storage and location of sponsor merchandise and hospitality areas
Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs
