Responsibilities Role Purpose
Craftsy is looking for an enthusiastic People Ops Generalist to join our Indianapolis fulfillment center. Our People Ops Generalist will play an important role on the fulfillment center management team and will take the lead on HR activitiesonsite. This is a hands-on, fast paced and results-oriented work environment and we're looking for someone who will take ownership and be enthusiastic about the possibility of building andsupportingan amazing team in Indianapolis while maintaining strong connections to the broader Craftsy team and culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of People on Fulfillment Center HR strategy and priorities and with the broader People team on HR program implementation and delivery
- Partner with the Fulfillment Center site lead toidentifyopportunities or issues that could impact Craftsy's ability to successfully, safely and effectively achieve our objectives
- Provide support in the areas of staffing, recruitment and selection, employee relations, wage and salary administration, and employee training/orientation
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with members of the Craftsy team at the fulfillment center and in Denver to gain support and achieve results
- Develop and execute processes,programsand activities with both culture and HR objectives in mind
- Work on benefits and HR administration activities, data management and reporting (e.g. FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.)
- Demonstrate a high level of competency and commitment to HR best practices and employment laws
- Handle HR activities with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide HR leadership to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and associated leadership coaching
- Commit to learning about our business,teamsand roles
- Be a true team playerexhibit flexibility and resilience and represent Craftsy in the best light

Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
? Demonstrated experience and expertise in key HR activities
? Expertise in current employment and labor legislation, compliance requirements and processes
? Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive materials
? Minimum three years relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee development, organizational development, and compliance
Eligibility Requirements
? Must be willing to work in Indianapolis, IN
? Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
? Must be willing to travel for work related business as necessary

? Experience in a similar role at a fulfillment or distribution center where you've handled a wide spectrum of responsibilities over time (and all at once!)
