Responsibilities AR/Credit & Collections Manager is an integral member of NBCU's Finance team, responsible for providing operation and financial support to various businesses within O&TS and Studio Operations.
- Oversee collection, cash application and account reconciliation processes.
- Perform credit evaluations on new customers and establish credit limits.
- Collaborate with service leads to ensure accuracy in billing and revenue recognition.
- Assist with integration and implementation of a new billing system.
- Support FP&A and Controllership teams.
- Recommend process improvements and continuously work to create efficiencies.
- Lead/assist with special projects and other duties, as assigned.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 year experience in Finance or AR, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Experience in system integration/process consolidation is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP (both AR and GL) is preferred.
