POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Systems Manager provides support for all The North Face retail business software at both the corporate and store level. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support existing systems and software
• Research and recommend future system solutions
• Drive implementation of new business solutions and enhancements
• Develop business strategies and procedures in the area of systems to improve productivity as well as reduce costs
• Work with VF IS/IT group to develop synergies across coalition and brand business units
• Train and document procedures for corporate and store personnel on new and existing applications
• Liaison between VF Services and TNF Retail on system interface and issues and development
• Review accuracy and process payables for monthly invoices for IT services
• Manage POS lab to support store operations needs and new retail support releases

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years’ equivalent experience managing and implementing software solutions for retail store environment
• BA degree
• Retail POS / Mobile POS system knowledge
• Credit Authorization system knowledge
• Working knowledge of network typology
• Project management experience
• AS 400 system knowledge
• SAP working knowledge
• PC and Systems literate
• Ability to work independently
• Self motivated
• Good communicator and teacher
• Travel required: 15%
