Job Summary

SUMMARY

Under Armour is seeking a Senior Lead for our growing Global Digital Marketing group.  This role will be responsible for driving cross functional programs across the business unit.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Program Manager to organize and lead cross-discipline, digital initiatives.  This person is a business strategist; they understand the "who," "what," and "why" behind a project, as well as a deep understanding of what success looks like and how to measure it.  They have a track record of providing strategic guidance, influencing the end product, and hitting milestones.  They have an understanding of digital platforms, consumer research, data, and communications.  They own timelines, cross-functional interactions, and shared ownership of a project’s success.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader, strategic thinker and will have experience influencing staff from different disciplines to produce outstanding results in a timely manner.  The goal is to ensure that all programs stay on schedule, and deliver an optimized outcome for the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Be a key partner in organizing and monitoring inter-connected, cross-discipline projects
  • Provide guidance and direction on strategies and objectives; ensuring executive leadership awareness
  • Define objectives, KPIs and timelines associated with all cross-functional projects
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and pull in key stakeholders when necessary
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Apply change, risk and resource management; Continually assess the status of the organization and project deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all program vendors
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues

WHAT HAVE YOU ACCOMPLISHED ALREADY?

  • 10+ years’ experience with an emphasis on digital, marketing, and data  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, MBA preferred
  • Consumer insights, data and analytics experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills in previous positions
  • Demonstrated success working across functional areas within a matrixed organization
  • Proven intellectually curious track record
  • High Emotional Intelligence with the ability to influence across the organization
