HERES WHAT YOULL DO

Liaising with local markets to successfully coordinate talent appearances/events and requested merchandise and premiums
Managing player tracking tool and appearance requests
Assisting with all aspects of player recommendations and negotiations
Trafficking talent social media campaign and monitoring all posts
Supporting production shoot planning
Liaising with the team on inventories and warehousing
Assisting and providing customer service support to the VIP Phone program
Developing rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
Managing several budgets of varying size
Planning and executing assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget
Delivering polished client presentations
Actively contributing to overall idea generation with agency team
Overseeing the financial aspects of the programs/account(s); creating estimates, tracking all budgets and ensuring timely payments
All other assigned duties

HERES WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

Bachelors degree and 3+ years related experience in marketing
1+ years agency experience preferred
Experience working with sports talent, agents/representatives and players associations
Working knowledge of the NFL, NBA and other major sports
Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
Youre fast enough to keep up with us and were moving at light speed
Solid communication skills written and verbal
Proven success in project management and managing multiple priorities
Demonstrates knowledge of financials: billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and ability to generate estimates.
Possesses solid presentation skills demonstrates passion and persuasion
Develops and delivers quality client presentations
Able to manage external partners
Responsible for filtering client and internal communications and feedback
