Part-Time 50/50 RAFFLE Game Night Assistant

Job Summary

• The NHL Team Foundation hosts a 50/50 RAFFLE during each team home game. 
• The NHL Team Foundation 50/50 RAFFLE is staffed by NHL Team employees and proceeds benefit NHL Team Foundation programs. 
• From the raffle, one lucky fan will go home with 50% of the night’s collection, while the remainder of the proceeds will be distributed to local 501c3 charities through a grant process. 
• The NHL Team are looking for employees to work at the 50/50 RAFFLE ticket stations during each home, as well as help promote the NHL Team Foundation. 

• 50/50 Assistants handle all cash drops, counting of cash, and any other tasks appointed by the 50/50 Coordinator or Manager. 
• Assistants report to the 50/50 Manager and Coordinator.
• A minimum of 2 Assistants are required at each game.
• Dress is business professional – a blazer or suit jacket is required.
• Must arrive 1 hour prior to doors opening and enter through the administrative entrance (directly to the right of the People’s Gate).
• Act in a professional manner: absolutely NO consumption of alcohol or smoking.
• Responsible and held accountable for all cash handling throughout the night.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• During game play, game night employees will circulate the concourse to make sure sellers are following their protocol and are not experiencing any issues. 

• Your duties during game nights may include assistance at other PPF game night initiatives. 

• Prior cash handling experience is strongly preferred, but not required.


• Available to work all/majority of home games (preseason, regular season, playoffs), working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and certain holidays.


• Must have exceptional oral communication skills.


• Must be personable, extroverted, and a team player.


• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
