Job Fair, Matchday Ambassadors

Job Summary

• Guest Services- Direct fans around facility, check tickets, assist with lost and found, re-unite separated parties, wipe down seats, distribute giveaways, direct fans around facility, greet fans with a smile & positive attitude, answer questions and ensure all fan needs are met, ensure safety of staff and fans, keep area clean, handle complaints and collect feedback, provide assistance fans with special needs and support other event day staff. 


• 50/50 seller: This charitable game day position plays a crucial role in the fundraising efforts for the  Foundation while contributing to overall fan experience. The Foundation is looking for high-energy, motivated sellers to join our 50/50 raffle sales team for the 2020 season. 


• Concession Stand volunteer: The Foundation is looking for eager volunteers (must be 18 years or older) to work alongside 10-12 others to serve food and/or beverages at a concession stand during games and other various Soldier Field events throughout the year. Your efforts will support the P.L.A.Y.S. 

• At least 18 years of age


• Attend preseason training highlighting service standards 


• Must be comfortable working with, serving, answering questions and complaints for a diverse fan base


• Must be comfortable working with children of all ages


• Detail oriented and highly organized 


• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change 


• Excellent customer service skills 


• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a diverse staff 


• Strong verbal communication skills 


• Tenacious work ethic
