Outdoor & Bicycle Program Operations Assistant (Part-Time/Temporary)

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the areas of Accounting, Cash Handling, Purchasing and Procurement, Inventory and Transaction Record Audits, Data entry and compilation and tracking, and accounts receivable
• Assists in marketing and communications: mailings, website editing and publishing, communicates programs and events with the university and community
• Assists in operational aspects of program area: document filing and organizing, various errands, vehicle maintenance scheduling and follow up and other local program support activities as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Excellent communication skills, and ability to relate to a diverse student and staff population
• Ability to prioritize work tasks and thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently
• Maintains clean, organized and functional work environment
• Familiarity with accounting, retail, rental business operations and practices
• Strong ability in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other common computer software
