Job Summary




Candidates should posses the ability to teach and develop student-athletes to represent the University and department with an emphasis on good character, a winning attitude and the professional standards expected by the department.


Qualifications          

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

Certification in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automatic external defibrillator (AED) use.

Knowledge and specialization in intercollegiate coaching.

Proven ability to work with head coach to direct, manage and prepare an intercollegiate athletics team.

Must have strong team-building and management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with various university constituents.
