Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greet, direct, and assist guests that arrive on the suite level
Provide information or directions to guest to ensure they know where they are headed
Offer suggestions to make the game day experience one of the best
Responsible for distributing promotional fliers
Set up suites for clients including but not limited to audio/visual equipment
Deliver game programs to suites and the Club
Address any fan concerns and complaints
Monitor the suite concierge phone lines
Additional duties may be assigned
