RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain financial reports in NetSuite
• Perform month-end analyses and issue reports to segment leaders
• Monthly comparative P&Ls
• Utilization reports
• Respond to ad-hoc requests or requests for additional details
• Perform job cost and project profitability analyses for PMs and Segment leaders
• Create revenue forecasts, financial modeling and sensitivity analyses for job pricing to the business
• Create dashboards and KPIs in NetSuite for end users
• Assist in the annual budget process and help maintain and verify forecasts
• Ad-hoc analyses and report requests
• Make recommendations to accounting team based on feedback from the business
• Be a change agent, innovate, improve processes, and create efficiencies
• Be a lead in the ERP transformation
• Other projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor in Finance or Accounting required
• 2-4 years of finance/FP&A experience
• Ability to create complex reports in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups) and VBA required
• Ability to explore the system, interface with support, and acquire new skills
• Innovative and experience in process improvement
