Professional sports franchise is seeking qualified individuals to join the Corporate Hospitality Department as an Intern. The right individual will be able to work as part of a team or individually. Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to lead generation, data entry, internet research, client services, and event planning.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
Superior telephone manner and etiquette are necessary.
Above average computer skills including excel are required.
Superior customer service skills are a plus.
Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information is necessary.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must.
All internship candidates must be eligible to receive college credits. A proof of credit letter from your College or University is required. Sports Media Network - Account Executive

Network is searching for an Account Executive. This position is responsible for all ad sales and marketing for the regional sports properties. This includes new business development, client direct selling, maintaining existing accounts, and meeting revenue budgets.
Responsibilities:
Prospects and develops working relationships in the ad buying community. Utilizes integration concepts to develop regional sports marketing programs and create and deliver compelling presentations.
Maintains existing relationships through stewardship of accounts, entertaining, presentations and overseeing pre-emptions and make-goods.
Provides information to the Sales Planner and Sales Assistant in order to ensure generation of reports regarding prospects, pending deals, forecasts, advertiser contacts, specific proposal target lists and expenses.
Remains current on industry trends and regional positioning. Works with Sales Planners and Sales Assistants to raise their knowledge level.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in media sales in television, cable network, advertising agency, radio sales, or publishing.
Strong overall knowledge of the media industry is a must.
Understanding of concepts to develop regional sports marketing programs is needed.
Thorough knowledge of and passion for the sports industry is required.
Exposure to the regional and national markets and competition preferred.
Must have a basic understanding of research, rate structure, ratings and cost per point analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, including superior listening skills and the demonstrated ability to make effective presentations both on-one-one and in group settings.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
Proficiency in PowerPoint is necessary.
Experience with Media Ocean or Wide Orbit is helpful but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong business relations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high pressure environment.
Willing and able to attend business socials within the sales and sports communities.
Passionate about developing new business.
Comfort with cold calling and solid understanding of where and how to prospect for new business.
Ability to represent several entities simultaneously and communicate client needs.

The Production Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, designing and creating video content for all Stadium, events. The Production Manager reports to the Director of Broadcasting.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide creative production aspects of football and non-football events at Stadium, including but not limited to the in-arena presentation content, event day graphics and presentation flow
Manage production of event presentation video elements
Assist with LED production/operation and creative content for all events
Liaise between the Broadcast Department and Stadium for all non-football events
Assist with daily activities including but not limited to broadcast operations, editing, writing, producing, and shooting content for Vision and the Broadcasting Department
Establish technical requirements and set specifications for video content ingest, playback and event rehearsal schedules
Travel as required (up to 10%)
Provide detailed reporting on all areas of execution at the end of each season in regards to the sponsorship agreements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Operations or related area of study
3 or more years progressive experience in LIVE Sports Programming and In Arena media environments or a related area
Previous production experience
Strong knowledge of Video Production software including Final Cut Pro HD, Sony HD XD Cam, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Chryon, EVS and Apple products
Able to develop creative video content with minimal direction
Excellent customer service, organization and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to change while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
Able to work flexible hours, including all football and non-football events
Able to lift and handle video equipment between 50 and 100 pounds
