• Concepted, created, and launched the “Menokin Descendant Collective Spotlight” multi-platform series featuring stories of the modern-day Descendants of the enslaved persons at Menokin; distributed via Facebook, Instagram, blogs, and email newsletters resulting in the growth of this community and the larger Menokin community.

• Worked on cold calling customers for NEXt Level Rewards program. • Organized spreadsheets and lists containing important information. • Worked at the Call Center helping customers with requests and inquiries. • Created Standard Operating Procedures for processes within the company that are still used to this day.
