I received my BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University where I was an award winning dancer. I danced professionally in Chicago for 10 years. I am now a successful personal trainer in Chicago. I have been trainer of the year 2 years in a row at Chicago Athletic Clubs. I am also receiving my MS in Sports and Performance Psychology.
