Involved in baseball at all levels for entire life. Father played MLB, brother topped out at High-A. Coached and privately instructed baseball for 5 years consistently, sporadically prior. Players coached and trained vary in age from 7-19 years old. Constantly study games and coaching techniques to find the best ways to get the most out of players.

Currently assist the Bulls Youth Baseball High School level team as well as filling in with other teams as needed for game coaching, or instruction during practices.
Earl Stephenson Pitching School

Head of infield and hitting instruction. Also takes part in pitching instruction. Uses technology to show student issues to better be able to fix problems. Use private instruction to also build confidence and character for the players to carry on to areas outside of baseball.

Played a fall season of baseball at Stanly Community before suffering a knee injury that ultimately ended playing career.
