I raised 3 athletes (high school & college sports), I have a broad continuum of athletic experiences to share. I have seen programs that win, almost win and what will shut down and divide a team. After 30 yrs in government, building and leading teams, I know how to build a positive culture measured through success, forged in a winning mindset.

Masters degree in Organization Leadership and Management, my internship with with a leadership consulting business - Eagle Leadership, Col Tom Magness and Lt Col Nate Sassaman, both are West Point grads and Lt Col Sassaman started as quarterback for West Point's football team. I have over 30 years of civil service and leadership experience.
