I oversee game day hospitality and operations for high-level donors and assist in managing the Athletic Director’s Society, handling $50,000+ commitments and significant philanthropic support. I create and manage external communications, plan key stewardship events, and coordinate major donor trips.

Provided customer service to current and lapsed ticket buyers across a variety of communication platforms. Assisted in implementing and running game day giveaways as well as themed ticket packages while utilizing ticketing software including ProVenue and FEVO.

Facilitated seamless game day operations by proficiency in operating the scoreboard, maintaining accurate scores throughout all baseball and softball games, and being in constant communication with officials and the press box.

Worked directly with the Event Management department at the University of South Florida. I assisted with running all of the sporting events we hosted as well as helping in the office on non-game-days. I worked to ensure that the referees as well as the visiting team were being taken care. Created timelines, one shelters, and credential lists
