Hello my name is Darby McCormick and I am currently a student at The University of Oklahoma. I am wanting to pursue a career in sports reporting. I am able to commentate well on any sport but I would like to focus on college sports, NFL, NBA, MLB, and Formula 1.

I report to the OU Nightly Sports Director. I am responsible for getting footage from the team's meets at home. I am also making sure that the media availability for interviews with athletes and coaches are being covered. I interview the coaches and athletes every week in order to get content for OU Nightly.

I reported to the Sports Director for our broadcasting production at OU, named OU Nightly. I was responsible for script-writing, gathering stories, interviewing athletes, and gathering footage for the newscast.

I report to our Academic Advisor at OU. I am responsible for making sure that we have speakers for our bi-weekly meetings. I also make social media posts on our Instagram, one of them which has 113% engagement from our following and other OU fans. I also make sure that the other members of our executive team are keeping up with their jobs.
