● Played a significant role in helping the program double their wins in my first year ● Turnovers increased by a whopping 69% ● We increased interceptions from 6 to 8 and fumble recoveries doubled from 7 to 14 ● They had just 1 interception return for a touchdown before I started, we had 4.

● Nothing was expected by the Varsity Head Coach as he knew we only had 26 players going up against much bigger and better programs, so my job was to get them to understand the basics of the Varsity offense and defense. ● Evaluated junior-level coaching staff and assisted the Varsity Head Coach during weekly games on Friday nights.

● Won two more games than the team did the year before ● Took over offensive play-calling for the last game and won 31 to 8, scoring more touchdowns than all the other games we played combined ● Finished season 2 wins and 4 losses ● Developed and enhanced the athletic ability of 35 football team members to prepare them for Varsity-level play.

● Helped to maintain and inspire students to play with just 18 athletes on the team.● Over 550 team tackles, and 10 sacks on the season ● Defense forced 8 turnovers ● Had 1 Interception returned for a TD; the prior team had zero TD returns.

● Assisted the Head Coach and coordinators with warm-ups, practice drills, recruiting, and fundraising. ● Provided insight on game planning strategies to the Defensive Coordinator and assumed additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach.

● Taught fundamental football skills to assess each student’s ability and served as a mentor to develop on-the-field and off-the-field character and sportsmanship. ● Had 621 team Tackles, 14 Sacks, 11 Interceptions, 4 Fumble Recoveries and 17 Passes Defended. ● Led all game-planning sessions and meetings for the defensive unit during practices.

● Achieved a league-leading defense with 31 sacks, 26 forced turnovers, 10 interceptions, 16 fumble recoveries, 5 touchdowns, and allowed < 16 points per game across a 9-game season ● Worked in lockstep with the Head Coach to create and maintain defensive playbooks and strategies, facilitated team meetings, and more.

● Implemented a training and conditioning program for 40+ athletes that allowed the defensive unit to achieve new team records. ● Interviewed and assessed team members and recruits’ skill levels related to speed, power, and technique for correct position placement. ● Achieved a record-breaking season with 29 forced turnovers.

● Appointed Interim Head Coach the final two games of the season; won both, allowing 6 and 14 points. Team finished 4 and 6 – 1st year team. ● Improved defensive unit points allowed per game by 7 points; the previous season, the team allowed 28 points per game. ● Forced 17 turnovers: 10 interceptions and 7 fumble recoveries along with 21 sacks.

● Had 25 more touchdowns than previous season.● Recruited new athletes to fill back positions.● Taught receiver fundamentals and stalk blocking by demonstrating the ability to work with players from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
