Coordinate information among flight attendants on board and pilots in the flight deck regarding security concerns. Communicate in-flight safety and security issues through post-flight written reports to inform appropriate personnel. Volunteer as a new hire mentor to guide flight attendants through the probation period resulting in reduced turnover.

Implemented activities to promote awareness of mental illness, stroke/heart disease, and Alzheimer’s disease. Coordinated “Yoga on the Beach” to promote mental wellness in preparation for finals week on campus. Organized a scavenger hunt on campus to increase awareness of the challenges of Alzheimer’s.

Provided information to new residents on local businesses, events, and areas of interest in the city. Collected confidential information to complete new resident applications, background checks and files. Increased satisfaction of over 150 residents through events and promotions.

Provided mentorship and tutoring services in Social Science courses resulting in increased test scores among student athletes. Aided in disbursement of academic course materials to student athletes through the book scholarship program. Assisted in the Athletic Training department preparing supplies for use by athletic training staff.

Responded to below average academic compliance of the cheerleading team by accompanying athletes to class resulting in the highest team GPA in the athletic department. Managed community service and outreach activities in the Daytona Beach community. Co-organized the semi-annual game day event with the local youth cheerleading team.

Supervised children in a summer camp setting by adhering to state ratios of children to instructors. Introduced education-based games and activities encouraging learning during summer months. Implemented a new document for camper information resulting in consistency among camp counselors.
