i was a competitor gymnast for 12 years, i competed at a very high level, i went all the way to level 10 for four years and went to nationals in Indianapolis twice, so i competed at an elite level. Once i stopped gymnastics due to and injury, i have been coaching ever since. i have coached from ages 3-16, low and high level.
