Experience

Player

Aug 2000 - Aug 2003
The Dodger scout George Genovese referred me to Coach Chris Johnson at Los Angeles Valley College where he taught me how to play the game fundamentally correct both physically (hitting/fielding/throwing/running) and mentally. I later went on to obtain a double major in Psychology and Humanities, along with an MA in Clinical Psychology.

Education

Psychology - Masters
Aug 2008 - Jun 2010
My MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology strengthened my research on optimizing performance during a task; moreover, it imbued me with the knowledge of building rapport and exhibiting empathy as the pathway to healing others therapeutically.

Psychology - Psychology
Sep 2003 - May 2008
I obtained a BA in Psychology and conducted undergraduate research on performance (reaching ones optimal potential within their performance of a task). I am most interested in hitting and believe my knowledge acquired academically and within the game can add in optimizing player performance at the major league level.

Humanities - BA
Sep 2003 - Jun 2008
My degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities taught me about different cultures other than my own and showed me not one thing can solve problems but many when they come together under a common goal.
