I was first introduced to competitive sports as a collegiate athlete. After graduation, I founded an amateur women's cycling team then an elite women's ultra running team. My personal experiences within the realm of sport have allowed me to fuse massage therapy with an integrative approach that fuses rehab, maintenance, and injury prevention.
