As a Project Assistant, I support project management by developing project plans, monitoring progress, and preparing documentation. I ensure effective project execution through research, data gathering, and meeting coordination.

• Coordinated the Starting pen as a marshal for the 2023 and 2024 Edinburgh Marathon Festival Sunday events. • Enhanced my communication by working with the travel hub team at the 2023 and 2024 Edinburgh Marathon Festival • Fostered a close relationship with other employers’ whiles working at the event number station, for the 2023 Half Marathon

Led club operations, delivering 810+ weekly training hours, coached to build skills and inclusion, strengthened alumni engagement, raised £1,000+ for charity, and enhanced decision-making under pressure through umpiring.

• Worked Alongside a team of councillors to enable children from the age of 8 to 17 to have a great summer on the waterfront of Blue Lake Wisconsin. • Re-introduced the outdoor cooking program back to the camp where the children leant about essential outdoor living skills. • Enhance children’s swimming ability.

• Enhanced my experience in a dynamic organisation working alongside the development and events manager, who is now the head of Sport Development at the International Olympic Committee. • Built on my knowledge about how the World Rowing federation organisation ran from day to day, sitting in on world-wide conferences.
