I was responsible for delivering an enjoyable fan experience with a top-rated guest services organization. I assisted fans with inquiries, concerns, and ticket-related issues, ensuring a positive experience. I also partnered with marketing to organize and manage promotional events, from pre-game to in-game activities.

I compile and track real-time and postgame statistics for Gonzaga athletic teams to coaching staffs, media members, and conference partners. I also assist with official stat-keeping during home events, ensuring accuracy and adherence to NCAA and conference standards.

I managed several events, including high school section tennis tournament, Nike tennis camp, and track & field competition. Contributed to the selection of the school’s new head football coach. Developed content for the school website in partnership with the Communications department
