Coached youth, high school, and collegiate athletes through structured strength and performance training sessions. Provided technical instruction and individualized coaching to enhance performance and movement efficiency, while assisting in program implementation and ensuring athlete safety, engagement, and proper technique.

Assisted with the distribution, organization, and maintenance of football equipment under the Head Equipment Manager. Helped prepare travel gear, manage uniforms, and handle team laundry operations. Supported daily practices and game-day logistics, including field setup and sideline assistance, while working closely with coaches, trainers, & staff.
