T Dawkins

Served as the second-in-command, providing leadership in all aspects of the football program including strategic planning, player development, recruitment, and staff management. Also served as the lead architect of the offensive unit, responsible for designing and implementing the offensive game plan, and developing position-specific skills.

Served as the position coach for wide receivers and tight ends responsible for developing player technique, game readiness, and overall performance, while supporting the offensive coordinator in implementing game plans and contributing to the offensive identity.

As a board member, I played a vital role in helping guide the strategic direction, governance, and overall success of the organization in the ICFF and served as the lead architect of the offensive unit, responsible for designing and implementing the offensive game plan, developing position-specific skills, and driving offensive team performance.

Participated in building a new high school football program starting with a junior varsity team the first two years followed by a varsity and freshman schedule. Coached linebackers, receivers, running backs, and quarterbacks during my tenure in the program. Responsible for installing an offensive strategy, scouting analysis, strength & conditioning
