Sports have always been a central part of my life. Coming from a family of All-Americans, I developed a strong passion for athletics and competition at an early age. I served as a team captain, competed as an NCAA Division III lacrosse player, earned 4 All-American and First Team All-Conference honors, and coached youth athletes with CT Wolves.
