I have been deeply involved in sports through both academic and hands-on experiences. I studied exercise science and nutrition, served as a Teaching Assistant for courses in exercise, nutrition, weight control, and anatomy, and interned in sports performance and rehabilitation. I maintained a 4.0 GPA, and advised peers in the School of Kinesiology.

Trainer for all school sports including basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc.
Assessed injuries, provided immediate care, and assisted athletes in their recovery process.
Strength and Conditioning Intern

Co-trained multiple sports teams in the off season ensuring their continued muscle growth and physical conditioning. Assisted training cheer, basketball, dance, soccer, and football, specifically with ACL injuries.
Advanced Teaching Assistant
