I played Division III soccer in college, and along the way I tore my ACL twice. Battling through two grueling recoveries taught me real resilience and mental toughness. Those experiences sparked an interest in the mental side of the sport. How athletes handle setbacks, stay motivated through recovery, and return better physically and mentally.

Was a seasonal (Summer / Winter) position. I helped instill discipline and develop skills in young soccer players (ages 4-17), collaborated alongside experienced coaching staff, organized and executed training drills, and adapted & problem-solved for unexpected situations
