I revamped 'PADI Club' loyalty program and grew membership by 10x, collaborated with teams to drive consumer growth, developed brand partnerships, and led targeted marketing communications for global dive enthusiasts. Managed project updates and internal communications for product launches. Implemented an industry-first rev share program.

I coordinated the brand's presence at fitness expos and events, devised social media, marketing, and product rollout strategies, and managed athlete campaigns across multiple US markets with 20+ athletes. I also produced 30+ hours of fitness videos and provided content guidance to athletes and influencers.

I forged the NBA Players’ Association’s inaugural digital partnership with Costar, a live fan engagement platform, while also serving as the liaison for athletes and on-air talent. Additionally, I collaborated with the AVP, UFC, Irie Foundation, and NBPA on brand partnerships. I consulted for various sports agencies on brand partnerships.

I negotiated $5M+ in athlete endorsement contracts with top brands like Anheuser-Busch, EA, and Reebok. Managed PR/media relations plans, developed marketing strategies, and coordinated events such as the Hayes Pullard Youth Football Camp. Additionally, organized martial arts seminars and fan engagement events for athletes in conjunction with UFC.
