Aids in presenting Florida Southern College on social media by utilizing social media marketing skills. Promotes the ideals of the college in the public spheres by interacting with the public, publicizing attending events at the college like sports events or other events. Requires excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills.

Southern Ambassadors serve as a liaison between prospective students and their families, the community, and the college for Florida Southern College. Southern Ambassadors are required to be extremely knowledgeable of the history and aspects of Florida Southern and Lakeland itself. Ambassadors are required to uphold good educational and public stand

General clerical work, solve customer issues/ provide customer service, use ticketing software, cash count, knowledgeable of Florida Southern College’s Festival of Fire Arts programs, ect.

Tasks involving working in excel, presenting the program at various gatherings, taking phone calls, helping to organize the 4000+ volunteers working with the program, proofread and write documents.

General clerical work, provide assistance to attorneys, research for cases, take potential client meetings as well as current client meetings, regular front desk duties, phone calls to clients and partners, general understanding of elder law in Florida.

Greeted customers, collected payments, answered customer inquiries, accepting customer returns, ect. Required attention to detail, proper customer service habits, courtesy, and the ability to work in a team.
