Sport has always been an extremely important part of my life and has helped me become the person I am today, by improving my confidence in life. I am currently playing for Maidstone United Women's FC after graduating from my Sport and Exercise Psychology Masters degree where I competed for the women first team, eventually becoming club captain.

At Danes Hill I teach both boys and girls aged 7-14 in their games lessons. These students compete in fixtures in a range of sports. I have had to coach, referee, run and organise tournaments and fixtures throughout the school year.
