Responsible for event changeovers. Manage the internal day to day operations setup and breakdown of operations, equipment and repairs. Assist with coordination of part time team members. Succeeded in setting up major events, such as the SEC Baseball Tournament, Adidas Gauntlet Basketball Championships, and other large scale events.

Active members of the changeover crew involved in conversion responsibilities and efficient changeovers between events. Duties require converting facility space into concerts, basketball games, family shows in addiction to assisting with any event oriented preparation/setup for shows or sporting events to run safely and efficiently.

Helped set up for the BBVA NBA basketball Preseason game at The Legacy Arena featuring the Houston Rockets and the Memphis Grizzlies. Placed T-Shirts on certain seats throughout the arena. Escorted basketball legends on and off the court. "Floater" helped out where ever needed.

Responsible for inspecting and approving all players uniforms and equipment. Enforced the rules of the game.

Responsible for the set-up and break down of collegiate games including basketball, football, volleyball, and soccer. I helped provide relative information about the games to the coaches and fans.
