Madison Rogers

As a Community Relations Intern with the Crunch, under the guidance of the community relations manager - I assist in organizing and managing community outreach, engagement events, and coordinating with local non-profits to stimulate communal growth between the Crunch and the city of Syracuse.

As creative director for a college magazine, my role focuses on shaping the overall visual identity of the magazine. This includes developing cohesive layouts, selecting imagery, and ensuring the design supports the editorial content. Collaboration with writers, editors, and photographers is key to maintaining a unified look and feel.

My duties as an Administrative Assistant include "front of house" customer service toward our union members, taking dues payments and connecting members with correct department heads. I'm often managing phone calls and call redirection, email communication between both members and different departments.
