I have remotely worked with runners through live video conferencing or through email and third-party applications to train, give workouts, and prepare them for what their next fitness goal was working with detailed information to prepare the athlete mentally and physically for competition.
Running Coach

Head coach of a certain pace group. Built training schedules to help strengthen and condition. Prepared clients for races they signed up for. One on one training with clients. Proper form analysis and proper shoe fitting. 5-20 participates per group trained. Trained and educated 3000 clients to their goals.
