Responsible for the successful acquisition and onboarding of two companies that brought > $5M of new business. Lead the procurement of a $30M acquisition strategy that included over five parties. Experienced all facets of M&A including but not limited to, pipeline development, outreach, due diligence, site visits, valuation, terms, onboarding, etc.

Appointed to oversee $3M Business Unit that produced custom uniforms and apparel for internal and external parties in Santiago, DR. Implemented an ERP after discovering flaws in the manufacturing process via manual study. Aided the Board and Senior Executives with the termination of this business line, leading sale and closure.

Developed sales and marketing collateral, line plans, order processes and instructions for a team of ISR's to increase external sales and implemented CRM and Accounting software. Managed all stages of the internal apparel needs of the business: budgeting, planning, forecasting, design, order, delivery, to fulfillment.

Lead all facets of sales, marketing, and operations for a joint venture between the Pro Football Hall of Fame, City of Canton, and LEGACY Global Sports. Experience included designing, marketing, selling, budgeting, scheduling, presenting, managing, operating and staffing the youth sports facility.
