Serve as the primary instructor of JTC 300, a professional and technical writing course in the Journalism and Media Communication Department. Teach assigned curriculum to 50+ undergraduate students each semester, prepare learning objectives, lead discussions, develop teaching materials, and create exam content.

Managed rebranding project for all internal and external marketing communications including brochures, newsletters, fliers, email and direct mail, website, and social media platforms. Developed social media strategy and created comprehensive content across all platforms to increase community outreach and healthy living awareness.

Managed onboarding of all new members, retention of clients, & directed community outreach to positively influence member acquisition. Directed all digital marketing campaigns including email, web, & social media platforms as well as measuring and reporting on campaign performance. Oversaw personal training staff, fitness programming, & scheduling.

Responsibilities: Wrote weekly E-News emails, aided in creation of game day PA scripts and radio advertisements, managed multiple social media platforms on both game days and non-game days by drafting and posting content concerning player and team news.
