I processed payments, handled reimbursement requests, updated financial records, and managed invoices for 8 club sports teams. I created a spreadsheet to track expenses and revenues for 12 program. I performed budget management tasks to monitor the teams' performances against estimates. I coordinated domestic travel arrangements for the teams.

I maintained payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system. I assisted with monthly, quarterly, and year-end calculations of bonuses and other salary-based compensation. I prepared reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
