Directing youth sports camps in various sports. Teaching youth the basics of sports they're interested in playing and the basics of life through sports. Communicating with the districts I would work in for meeting area and times, number of camp participants, etc. Planning the week to week activities for each separate camp.

Coaching Freshman and Sophomore baseball team, Helping them with their on field skills, making sure they grow as humans, as athletes, and as Christians. Having fun while also teaching the students how to grow as leaders. Managing the team from a day to day basis, creating the lineups for games, creating practice plans, etc.
