I have coached middle school track and field and cross country. Boys and girls. I student coached track and field at the D3 level. I have experience working with kids in crisis and in residential treatment centers. My passion is coaching and teaching boys and girls how to be the best version of themselves, while competing at a high level.

I coached middle school xc. Prepared the boys and girls for meets. Ran with them in practice. Came up with workouts and runs. Helped them get to meets and timed and encouraged them.
