• Responsible for suite check-in/suite attendant which entailed greeting customers, guiding the guests to the appropriate suite or various locations within the Dome during game day while ensuring the guests enjoy the event.• Responsible for checking in VIP field guest to access the field, ensure that VIP guest sign wavier to be on the field.

•Responsible for program set-up on November 23, 2019•Assisted to improve attendee’s experience
