My name is Brandon Pitman. I am currently the Senior Grounds manager at Miami University in Oxford Ohio. I spent three years previous to my promotion as the grounds manager of Intercollegiate Athletics. I had ten employees reporting to me to maintenance, maintain and prep all natural and artificial field for various division one sports.

I manage over 300 acres of the most beautiful University grounds in the country. I have approximately 30 employees who report to me. I plan and schedule work as well as assist with all grounds projects.
Intercollegiate Athletics Grounds Manager
Mar 2017 - Oct 2019
Maintained all Athletic areas including division one as well as recreational sports. Maintained both natural grass and artificial fields. Developed chemical application for natural fields as well as supports various events. Events included Sports, graduations, rentals and any other University related event activities.
Grounds Site Manager
Jul 2006 - Mar 2017
Managed various job site maintenance. Spent final four years managing the largest grounds operation in the company, Honda manufacturing Greensburg, Indiana. This included upkeep of over 700 acres of green space, large scale snow removal and supervision of employees/contractors.
