Oversee all aspects of parking and traffic operations including event coordination, staffing and hiring of parking supervisors, cashiers, cashier supervisors. Maintain labor on all events and ensures labor is within the projected guideline. Responsible for preparation, setup, organization, and placement of all directional signage.

Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Oversees parking gates which includes managing traffic flow, loss prevention and ensuring optimal staffing at all times.

Responsible for assisting the principal in the planning, organization, coordination, administration, and management of school’s activities and programs, including curriculum, instruction, assessment and student conduct and attendance. Assists with the supervision and evaluation of substitute teachers, monitoring budget of 5 million dollars.
