I have played sports all of my life. In high school I was all conference in football, baseball, and wrestling and where my passion for fitness began. I played football at the collegiate level at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, WI where I played football for four years. there I learned that I have a passion for helping younger athletes.

I work with a variety of clients from novice to athletes. Using a creative and unorthodox method I am able to help my clients achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner. For example, I had one client who went from Junior Varsity wresting for two years to being a Varsity captain who also placed 4th at sectionals the following year.
