In my 4 years of coaching at Butler College Prep High School we have been a winning program, improving our record every year. My first season we went 5-4, to now ending last season at 7-1. As a coach I believe discipline and meaningful repetition is what builds a winning program and that is what has been the mean ingredient of our success thus far.
