I was in charge of the evaluation and interview coordination process of candidates in the Talent Acquisition Division. Gathered and interpreted data regarding consumer behavior in the tableware category for Reynolds. Translated retrieved data into coherent information used for the client’s decision-making process.

Puerto Rico FC was a soccer team that played in the North American Soccer League, it was owned by Carmelo Anthony. Contributed with the marketing department in the creation and execution of innovative game promotion strategies. Assisted the team in a preparation of a fan database with contact information and game attendance data.

Capitanes is a professional basketball team in Puerto Rico, the team has won the Baloncesto Superior Nacional League 7 times. Managed the team’s social media accounts in all games during the 2016 season, achieving more than 3k followers on Twitter. Created innovative marketing plans that focused in engaging with fans and attracting sponsors.
